Not your regular vinyasa class:  a sweet hour on Thursday mornings filled with both: strength-building asana practice but also free movement, bouncing, shaking, relaxing and maybe even some voicing and chanting!

We aim to cultivate our self-agency. To really ask ourselves: how do I want to move today? What feels good for me right at this moment? 

We move together yet alone, honouring our own process and abilities. Come with an open mind, curiosity and we'll take it from there!
