Mindful Transition

Transition,  the state of in-between, is when what happened before is still echoing  and what will happen later starts to build up. 

Translating  it to movement and breath, we will explore this state with curiosity,  bringing presence and kindness as we're moving between situations,  poses, and different parts of the day. 

What  is the basic structure of the class? starting with centering and making  an intention, moving in a mindful flow, and taking time to rest or  meditate
