What I love about yoga is that what we do on the mat has the potential to change the quality of our lives, creating experiences that leave us feeling present in a world where it’s easy to get caught up in challenges and distractions.

In my classes I want to facilitate movement awareness, bringing mind and body together and weaving mindfulness in movement and stillness. I hope to offer a more inclusive and welcoming space in which everybody feels supported and encouraged to deepen their practice at their pace. I draw inspiration from different yoga styles while also looking outside the yoga world to incorporate other forms of movement. My philosophy: you take what you like and leave what you don’t.

I am interested in intercultural communication and, besides teaching and practicing yoga*, I work in the field of international education.  In my free time you can find me exploring plant shops, enjoying sunsets at Tempelhofer Feld, dancing through Berlin’s nightlife, facing the sun, having fun on the water attempting to catch a wave, and probably drinking too many cups of coffee a day.
