Hannah Grosser

What I love about yoga is that what we do on the mat has the potential to change the quality of our lives, creating experiences that leave us feeling present in a world where it’s easy to get caught up in challenges and distractions.
In my classes I want to facilitate movement awareness, bringing mind and body together and weaving mindfulness in movement and stillness. I hope to offer a more inclusive and welcoming space in which everybody feels supported and encouraged to deepen their practice at their pace. I draw inspiration from different yoga styles while also looking outside the yoga world to incorporate other forms of movement. My philosophy: you take what you like and leave what you don’t. I invite you to make your own connection with the practice.
I am interested in intercultural communication and, besides teaching and practicing yoga*, I work in the field of international education. In my free time you can find me exploring plant shops, enjoying Berlin sunsets at some waterfront or park, bouldering and probably drinking too many cups of coffee a day.
Human-made. Cultural Studies. Two older brothers. Australia is home away from home. Beginner's mind. Imperfection is perfection. Love.
