The class is sweet combination of stamina and softness. Strength of the asana, sweet flow and generous time spent self-massaging and relaxing - all combined. We invite ourselves to slow down to have the opportunity to fully feel all the aspects of our practice. Throughout the practice we invite tenderness and kindness towards ourselves by adding techniques of self-massage. 

Anna is also a certified Thai Yoga masseur. Thai Yoga Massage concentrates on working through the energy lines of the body using gentle pressure and stretches.
