Mobility flow is not your typical yoga class. It mixes functional movement centred on concepts such as mobility, coordination, proprioception, stability and balance alongside yoga postures, mindfulness and meditation.
You will use blankets, resistance bands, softballs, blocks and other props to explore both isolated controlled and free flowing movements. In class you choose and explore the variations that work best for you.
Mobility flow combines playful and dynamic movement with moments of stillness and time for you to turn inward and relax.
