In everyday work routines we often move too little and sit too long or incorrectly. Physical strain, poor posture as well as mental stress are common factors of back pain.

This class is designed to support you in maintaining a healthy and resilient back. It focuses on mobilising and strengthening the entire back and other structures, e.g. shoulder and hip joints, or the core, that play an important role for a functional and healthy back.

Build in some time during the day for you to feel more laid-back with a strong back. Mind less and move more.
