Start your day with a mindful morning practice. Ease in slowly, wake up your body and set yourself up for a clear-headed day ahead. In this class we will move intentionally and attentively through a gentle yet energising practice to find what feels good. The class weaves mindfulness in movement and stillness and leaves you ready to conquer your day.stillness and time for you to turn inward and relax.
