We'll combine yoga, meditative & free movement with more up-beat action like jumping and shaking. We'll add body weight training for the strength. We’ll get the energies up and shake the week away just in time for the weekend. One hour practice delivers great and fun workout and strong, resilient body.

Class is always accompanied with music inviting you to let go and to release. The playlist will be shared with you so you can tune in from home.
