Claudia Stangarone

I landed on planet yoga a few years ago with the curiosity of a little explorer and there I found a new life approach: when the mind is overworking, I come back to the body through movements and breaths.

As a dynamic mindfulness teacher and currently enrolled in advanced teacher training, I take inspiration from traditional yoga asanas and connect them with the latest research on movements and biomechanics. We will flow together into a playful journey of body exploration and mind awareness. Classes are safe, open-level, open-minded and balanced to make you sweaty and restored, strengthen and resilient.

About me:  I am a scientist with a humanistic background, I love art in all its forms, but I ended up into planetary science and space mission research. I wanna be forever a scholar.

When not on the mat you can find me barefoot in Tempelhofer Feld, singing on a bicycle, daydreaming of a sunny beach, braiding macrame or trying to learn German.
