A never-ending self-exploration, dynamic movement and stillness and the sweet in-between moments. For me, yoga is a way to connect - with myself and with others. Combination of flowing asana practice, meditation, and breath, but also free movement and embodiment: that’s how I practice and that is what I love to share with my students.
Yoga teacher and a gong player. Practitioner over a decade, teaching and sharing my practice with students since the beginning of 2019. I have been teaching in various contexts: individually in studios, companies, corporate conferences as well as in surf camps and collectively as a part of Y*. I teach energetic flows and integrate meditation and mindfulness aspects into my classes. Additionally, I love to treat my students with some delightful vibrations from gongs and sound bowls and often with soulful, well-curated playlists to bring just that extra kick into our movement sessions.
Hunger to dive deeper into the world of embodiment and somatic movement led me to complete training on embodiment coaching with the Institute of Somatic Sexology. Through embodiment practices I encourage us all to take time and invite curiosity to really feel and listen our physical sensations. To become more familiar with our sensations and recognising ourselves as whole - with all the good parts and the less amusing ones - we can strengthen our ability to pay attention and through that allow a spectrum of new experiences and possibilities to enter our lives.
Find me dancing, running, walking, biking and bouncing around Berlin. If not moving - then reading or writing. Or laying on the floor. Or drinking wine. Nevermind the place - wherever I am I try to be there as whole-heartedly present as I can.
